WITH 6 OF MY MOST SIMPLIFIED INTIMATE BOOBIE SECRETS

Today we are talking about some ladies who have been with us forever, you know who I’m talking about, those two beautiful, soft sacks of lush fat that are so fetishized and censored in our day and age – our breasts!
Throughout history, breasts have been hyper- sexualized, objectified, made taboo, disrespected, and misunderstood. Let’s take a closer look at our lovely ladies.

Contrary to popular belief, there are no muscles in our breasts. Breasts are made up of fat and tissue, along with nerves, veins, arteries and connective tissue that helps hold everything in place. The areola with the nipple sits in the middle of the breast. When I first heard about the English word for it ‘areola’ I felt like that’s something really special, like another star of the galaxy.

Notice the position of breasts on our female body – they are exactly in line with the heart center and thus are a physical extension of a woman’s heart. In Tantric practice, it is recognized that a woman’s breasts are the pathway to her heart. It’s pretty obvious that we just need to connect to the breasts to touch the heart.

There are 3 major meridians that run through the breast – the liver, stomach and kidney meridian lines. Let’s look at these organs like the base for our endocrinological factories, that should be worth being taken care of lovingly.

The kidneys: right on the surface – easily touchable – are the main organ for safety.
The other one – our liver – deep below the ribcage… it’s working hard in the time we are deep asleep – and in charge of about 500 vital functions. In Chinese Medicine it’s the organ for Smooth Flow. I guess pretty much every culture relates disturbed liver energies to irritation… at least.
The stomach is the organ for satisfaction, nourishment and grounding on all levels. Something that we lack collectively… but this is another story… you will find some supportive information on healthy food habits.

As you can see, there are many major energetic pathways flowing through the breast, so it goes without saying that taking care of our breasts and ensuring that they are healthy is of utmost importance to our overall health and wellbeing.

In many native/Indian/Asian cultures, the female breast is worshipped as it is believed to be a symbol of fertility, maternity and nourishment. But even in modern times it’s said that boobs seem to be an attraction and the first part of the body men look at. Opinions might differ… but I would then be wondering why ads and campaigns often portray female breasts – even if they have nothing to do with the product itself.

Did I mention already that breasts are literally life-giving?

Babies and young children know how comforting the breast can be. It’s a baby’s first source of nourishment and at the same time connects the baby to the maternal heart and capacity to receive unconditional love. The hormonal exchange mothers and babies receive is just the most profound health and immunity booster for every newborn, and serves as an everlasting connection that will empower their lives.

Thinking back of several lovers of mine… Men seem to also know that breasts alleviate distress, whether they are conscious of it or not. They will often rest their head on or near the breast for a moment of solace and nourishment. It can remind them of being loved and cared for.

Our breasts seem to be regarded and treated mainly as sources of pleasure for males. Let’s be real here, breasts are pure effing magic and deserve so much more love, care, attention and respect – both from you and from your partners. A couple of tips from yours truly.

  • Check the lymph nodes on your breasts regularly.
  • Honour your breasts with positive words and feelings.
  • Cut down on dairy consumption as dairy increases the production of phlegm in the body. In Chinese medicine, lumps are associated with phlegm.
  • Voice your feelings, as we women tend to carry a lot of pent-up anger that is generally stored in the chest area.
  • Oh and please, for the love of Shiva, set your ladies free from bras as much as possible. Recent studies have shown that bras can actually cause more harm than good, and wearing them for long amounts of time can result in more breast sagging.
  • and my favouritestestststttt in the Boobiedom: show appreciation for your breasts through breast massages.

Any way to connect with them is good. My favourite is Tantric breast massage. It’s a ritualistic massage that focuses on the woman’s breasts, and which allow a woman to receive sensual energy and unconditional love from herself or her partner.

Not only does massaging the breasts make them firmer, it also makes them healthier and aids in maintaining the balance of hormones in a woman’s body. Breast massage is also a great way for a woman to receive pleasure, healing and intimacy. For an even yummier and more nurturing experience, incorporate our Balinese family produced BoobiesOil with Lotus, Sakura and Frangipani essences in your massage experience and have the most amazing Boobie’gasm you have ever experienced.

As a matter of fact, each Yoni Egg exploration should be starting with a Breast Massage, as it goes hand in hand with Yoni Egg practice. Massaging your breasts contributes to relaxing your Yoni as well as relaxing your womb. This prepares the Yoni to receive your Yoni Egg lovingly. You will see how after a soft Boobies Massage your Yoni literally sucks the Yoni Egg in.

Incorporating these two practices together in your life contributes to better knowledge of your womb, awareness in your Yoni, improved vitality, much more steamy and better lovemaking sessions too.
The last one is my favourite, yet not achievable without the others.
Just sayin’.

It’s never too late to start to learn how to develop a healthy relationship with your breasts.
Honor your breasts, stroke them with oil, give them lots of cuddles, set them free, do breast massages, treat them well and love them, and I guarantee they will thank you.

Love your boobies.
Always.

yours
