What is \u2018Yoni\u2019? Suddenly all of your favorite spiritual leaders are starting to use this word and you want more than anything to get on board with the lingo!<\/span><\/p>\n

But how do we use it and what, exactly, does \u2018Yoni\u2019 mean?<\/span><\/p>\n

What does Yoni mean?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Yoni is a Sanskrit word meaning \u2018Sacred Place\u2019 (\u092f\u094b\u0928\u093f – Yoni in Hindi). In Eastern cultures and Taoist tradition, it\u2019s often used when referring to both the vagina and the womb. It\u2019s the seat of generative power and is considered the \u2018Source of All\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Yoni definition taken from Oxford dictionaries is this:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe vulva, especially as a symbol of divine procreative energy conventionally represented by a circular stone\u201d – <\/span><\/i>definition of \u2018Yoni\u2019<\/span>.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
